Emergency Services

Emergency Services offers students the opportunity to explore the areas of fire service and emergency medicine.  Students experience hands-on training with firefighting, emergency medical services, and tactical rescue operations.  The program utilizes the entire school building and grounds, Versailles State Park, and the Versailles Fire Department training tower as an extended classroom.  Students are provided the opportunity to test for certifications in several different areas, including, but not limited to:  Hazardous Materials Awareness and Operations, NIMS, Indiana State Mandatory Firefighter, NFPA Firefighter I, DOT Emergency Medical First Responder, and CPR.
