Today our students completed a cow heart dissection, giving them an up-close look at cardiac anatomy and the structure of the circulatory system.
This hands-on experience helps them build foundational knowledge for future healthcare careers. Great job, students!

🧠🐾 Our Veterinary Science I students are getting hands-on with the digestive system! 🍽️ Using Play-Doh, each group modeled the digestive system of an animal of their choice — from pigs 🐷 and birds 🦅 to horses 🐴 and even cows 🐄! They then labeled each part to show their understanding. 🎨🦴 Such a creative and collaborative way to explore anatomy while building teamwork skills!

Our Capstone WBL students took on the Spaghetti & Marshmallow Tower Challenge—a hands-on activity that tested their collaboration, communication, and creative problem-solving.
With just 20 sticks of spaghetti and 30 marshmallows, teams had to strategize, build, and adapt under pressure. The results? Wobbly towers, lots of laughter, and powerful lessons in working together toward a common goal.
Real-world skills, one noodle at a time! 🍝👏
